How do I know I am ordering the correct part?
There are thousands of parts in our inventory. Make sure to search by manufacturer name first, then choose the model of the machine you own. The site will list each part we carry for that machine. If you don't see the item you are looking for click the Contact Us bottom and submit a product inquiry.
When will my order ship?
If you place an order before 2:30 pm Pacific Time it will ship the same day, unless it is a special order. Special orders will ship when we receive them.
How much is it to ship my order?

Can I pick up my order?
No, we do not allow customers to pickup there items. All items must be shipped.
Do we carry parts that are not on the website?
Yes, some parts are special ordered. Please Contact Us to inquire. Please have your machines Manufacturer Name and Model Number.
Where can I find specials or coupon codes?
Subscribe to our mailing list at the homepage. We email coupons out weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How do I reorder from past orders?
If you have placed orders online, you can login to your account to review the previous orders.
How can I pay for items?
We accept Paypal for most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and echecks. Please make sure that you are logged into your account when placing an order.
What are your shipping methods?
Orders will be shipped out the same day as purchased as long as the order was made before 2:30 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST) via. UPS, FEDEX or US POSTAL.
How do I check out?
As you find items you would like to purchase; click in the quantity field and enter the amount you are buying, then click "ADD TO CART". You will now be on the "SHOPPING CART" page, confirm item and quantities, then click "CHECKOUT". Now, you will be on the "CHECKOUT PAGE". Please double check the shipping and billing information before submitting. (Billing must be the address where your credit card statement is mailed to).
